At this size, what your little ripper needs is a lightweight bike made with an aluminum frame, with super-easy handling, all the fun and no fuss—the all-terrain 16" tires roll smooth, the simple single-speed keeps it durable, and the numberplate is for the budding 'crosser ready to go blast around the local neighborhood. - Improved Geometry bikes with the LegitFit system feature geometry adjustments to improve ergonomics for youth statures. The Annex line offers a wide variety of sizes, and the next size up from the Mini is the Annex Junior. The Junior comes equipped with a 18.3" top tube,6061 alloy frame,and 155mm 3-piece alloy cranks appropriately sized for great handling and final drive ratio. Steering you in the right direction are a 100% chromoly fork coupled with alloy bars and a front-load alloy stem.
