Online Orders and Shipping
Conte's Bike Shop will only ship orders within the United States. Orders typically ship USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the item(s). Certain brands of bicycles must be delivered to end-consumer in person, per our dealer agreements, and cannot be shipped.
Due to significant volume, orders requiring shipping may take up to 2 weeks to arrive; thank you for understanding! We will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed for any reason. Conte's Bike Shop has the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent. When ordering online, the billing address and shipping address must be the same. Our online inventory updates every 12 hours. Feel free to call our store to check availability on any item before you place an order. All sales on closeout and sale priced items are final - no returns.
Free In-Store Pick Up
We have free in-store pick up on all of our items. You can order an item to be picked up at any location, but if it needs to be transferred from store to store please allow extra time. If you have any questions, you can always contact the store location.
Free Curbside Pickup
We also have free curbside pick up on all of our items. Please wait until we contact you to come collect your order, and call your local Conte's when you arrive. As with in-store pickup, you can order an item to be picked up at any location, but if it needs to be transferred from store to store please allow extra time.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server.

Returns of purchases may be accepted up to 30 days after an order was shipped. To be eligible for return credit, all items must be unused, in original packaging and have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package (if purchased online). You may obtain a Return Authorization number by calling or emailing Conte's Bike Shop. Original or return shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales on closeout and sale items are final - no returns. Due to the current health environment, we are currently not accepting any returns on bicycles, saddles, helmets, jerseys, bibs, socks, or shoes.

Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
