Important E-Bike Battery Care & Storage Instructions
- Avoid charging your battery overnight and never leave it charging unattended, in direct sunlight, or near flammable items.
- Always use the approved charger provided with your e-bike.
- Charge your e-bike within a temperature range of 32-104 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Store your battery in a dry, ventilated room at a temperature between 32-68 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Avoid outdoor storage to prevent exposure to the elements.
- If transporting your e-bike, remove the battery and store it inside your vehicle.
- Never open your battery, as it will void the warranty and pose safety risks. If concerned about its condition, have it inspected and consider recycling if unsafe.

Preventative care is the best care!
Cleaning your E-Bike regularly goes a long way. Degreasing and lubricating your chain at least 1-2 times a month helps prevent dirt buildup, keeps your E-Bike shifting smoothly, and extends the life of your components.

Keep Your E-Bike Running Strong with Regular Service
We recommend servicing your e-bike every 400–600 miles or at least every 4–6 months to keep it running smoothly. E-bikes experience more wear due to added weight and motor torque, so routine maintenance—like replacing e-bike-rated chains and brake pads—helps extend component life. Plus, regular check-ups ensure your software stays up to date with the latest performance and safety updates.
