2025 Holiday Gift Card Promotion FAQ

1. When will the gift card be issued?
The gift card is processed once the bike is picked up or fully released. For Special Order or Layaway bikes, the gift card is issued at the time of pickup. For orders shipping direct to consumer, the gift card will be emailed once the bike ships.

2. What will the value of the gift card be?
The gift card amount is 10% of the bike’s price - not the total value of the entire transaction.

3. What happens if I return the bike I purchased?
If a customer returns a bike after using the gift card, the refund will be the bike’s value minus the amount of the redeemed gift card.

4. Are there restrictions on how I can use the gift card?
Gift cards cannot be used toward the purchase of a bike, transfer fees or vendor fees. If multiple bikes are purchased, the gift card may only be redeemed toward Parts, Accessories, CPP, or Service — and must be applied in a separate transaction.

5. What is the promotional period for this offer?
This offer is valid for bikes purchased from November 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025
