Here's how we'll keep your suspension performing perfectly.

Fork Lower Service

• Carefully inspect fork for external damage 

• Check for proper function of damping circuits 

• Recommend any additional services needed 

• Record rider’s current air spring pressure setting 

• Record rider’s current compression and rebound settings 

• Remove fork lowers 

• Remove old wiper seals and foam rings 

• Inspect and clean fork lowers 

• Install new wiper seals and foam rings 

• Inspect stanchions for signs of wear or damage 

• Inspect damper shaft for signs of wear or damage 

• Inspect spring shaft for signs of wear or damage 

• Check for smooth operation of spring shaft 

• Re-install fork lowers 

• Add manufacturer specified weight and quantity of fluid to lower legs 

• Install new crush washers 

• Torque lower leg nuts to manufacturer specification 

• Return air spring pressure and compression settings to original/desired 

• Cycle fork to equalize pressure in positive and negative air chambers and re-check 

• Re-check for proper function of damper circuits 

• Final clean and wipe down

Fork Full Service

Carefully inspect fork for external damage 

Record rider’s current air spring pressure setting 

Record rider’s current compression and rebound settings 

Remove fork lowers 

Remove old wiper seals and foam rings 

Inspect and clean fork lowers 

Install new wiper seals and foam rings 

Inspect stanchions for signs of wear or damage 

Remove damper from stanchion 

Inspect damper/shaft for signs of wear or damage 

Purge old fluid from damper 

Replace seals and o-rings 

Add manufacturer specified weight and quantity of fresh damper fluid 

Check for proper function of damping circuits 

• Remove spring assembly 

• Inspect spring shaft for signs of wear or damage 

• Lubricate and re-install spring assembly 

• Check for smooth operation of spring shaft 

• Re-install fork lowers 

• Add manufacturer specified weight and quantity of fluid to lower legs 

• Install new crush washers 

• Torque lower leg nuts to manufacturer specification 

• Return air spring pressure and compression settings to original/desired 

• Cycle fork to equalize pressure in positive and negative air chambers and re-check 

• Re-check for proper function of damper circuits 

• Final clean and wipe down 

Rear Shock Air Sleeve Service

• Carefully inspect shock for external damage 

• Check for proper function of compression and rebound circuits 

• Recommend any additional services needed 

• Record rider’s current air spring pressure setting 

• Record rider’s current compression and rebound settings 

• Remove shock air sleeve 

• Remove old seals and o-rings 

• Inspect and clean inside of air sleeve 

• Inspect and clean damper shaft and shock body 

• Replace air can seals, split rings, quad seal and wiper seal 

• Add manufacturer specified weight and quantity of fluid to seals and air can 

• Reinstall air can to manufacturer specification 

• Cycle shock to equalize pressure in positive and negative air chambers and re-check 

• Re-check for proper function of damper circuits 

• Return air spring pressure and compression settings to original/desired 

• Final clean and wipe down 

Rear Shock Full Service

• Carefully inspect shock for external damage 

• Check for proper function of compression and rebound circuits 

• Recommend any additional services needed 

• Record rider’s current air spring pressure setting 

• Record rider’s current compression and rebound settings 

• Remove shock air sleeve 

• Remove old seals and o-rings 

• Inspect and clean inside of air sleeve 

• Inspect and clean damper shaft and shock body 

• Dis-assemble, inspect and clean damper 

• Replace damper seals 

• Disassemble, inspect and clean compression/rebound valving 

• Reset IFP height to manufacturer’s specification 

• Add fresh damping fluid 

• Nitrogen fill IFP chamber (FOX) 

• Replace air can seals, split rings, quad seal and wiper seal 

• Add manufacturer specified weight and quantity of fluid to seals and air can 

• Reinstall air can to manufacturer specification 

• Cycle shock to equalize pressure in positive and negative air chambers and re-check 

• Re-check for proper function of damper circuits 

• Return air spring pressure and compression settings to original/desired 

• Final clean and wipe down 

Dropper Post Service

[Fox Transfer & Rockshox Reverb]

• Complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection of dropper post 

• Replace wiper seal 

• Inspect and replace bushings, if necessary 

• Replace o-rings 

• Inspect and replace brass keys, if necessary 

• Add fresh dropper post fluid 

• Charge with nitrogen (Fox) 

• Price includes full-service seal kits
