Saturday
Virginia Beach: 7:15am, 40miles, Every Saturday morning from Conte's Bike Shop Laskin Road (3) three loops, [20] [17] [15] Pace groups are A+, A and a no-drop B
Falls Church: 8:30am, 22miles, Punchy road ride attacking the hills of Falls Church and North Arlington. No-drop with A and B groups available.
Alexandria: 9:00am, 24miles, Conte's Old Town Roll is a B-Pace road bike ride designed to give your legs a burn while catching up with friends. Ride meets around 8:30am, wheels up at 9am SHARP!
Sunday
Virginia Beach: 7:30am, 57miles, Ride from Conte's Bike Shop in Virginia Beach to Creeds departing at 7:30 am. A Pace 20-22mph & B pace 18-20mph rides.
Lexington: 9:00 AM, 50 miles. PLease note that during the winter months only group A and B are available. Weather dependent.
Four pace options:
S Group: Drop ride, 23+ mph, experienced riders only.
A Group: No-drop, 20-21 mph, intermediate/advanced riders.
B Group: No-drop, 18-19 mph, steady pace.
C Group: No-drop, 16 mph, beginner-friendly.

Choose the distance and group pace that's best for you and join us for a safe, fun Sunday morning on the road. Please note that, due to conflicts and travel, some groups won't have ride leaders, so please load the routes for your safety and as a courtesy to other riders. We have four group rides at different paces. (Please note: the advertised average speed for a ride is the speed for the total ride, including climbs.)
Monday
Navy Yards: 10:00am, 18miles, In partnership with District Cycling Collective, Social ride to various locations. Average pace is between 12-16 mph. Coffee provided at ride finish.
Tuesday
Virginia Beach: 7:15am, 40miles, Pace 20-22mph
Wednesday
Alexandria: 5:30pm, 10miles, Come ride through Alexandria's historic neighborhoods and enjoy discounted cider with Lost Boy after. Meet up is 5:30pm, wheels up is 6pm. See you there!
Thursday
Virginia Beach: 7:15am, 40miles, Pace 20-22mph
